Eis Frei : The last shot for this short film needed to portray the city of Rotterdam after the German bombing at night in 1940. The rough layout consists of photographic elements (taken by Jasper Wessels) of todays Rotterdam where a neighbourhood was demolished for 'city improvement'. Smoke, flames and fog were composited into the scene, and the result was placed into the shot of the foreground. To see the full shot watch the demoreel.
